JAY MORGAN

Jay Morgan is a leadership trainer, faith leader, and community organizer who equips people and communities to create lasting change.

 

With more than thirty years of experience in social services, education, and leadership, he has mobilized hundreds of volunteers and trained community leaders across Appalachia. He is launching the Appalachia Community Action Network to foster regional collaboration and solutions.

Jay has a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a certified speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team.  He has spent decades teaching leadership and personal development, helping people discover their ability to make a difference in the world around them.

​

He is married to his wife Lisa and is the father to Jason and his wife Kristin, Maria, and Caleb.  He is also a proud “Pops” to his grandson August Morgan.

At the center of everything Jay does is a desire to empower people and communities to grow, thrive, and make a lasting impact.
